AscBuddy Affiliate Terms

Program Participation

Affiliate applications are reviewed by AscBuddy. We may approve, reject, suspend, disable, or terminate an affiliate account at our discretion. Participation is not guaranteed and may be changed or ended at any time.

Commissions

Approved Standard affiliates may earn 20% on qualifying customer payments for the lifetime of the referred customer's active paid subscription while the affiliate remains in good standing. Approved Super affiliates may earn 50% on qualifying customer payments indefinitely while in good standing.

Commissions are based on the actual USD amount paid after discounts or coupons and excluding tax. Refunded, charged back, voided, fraudulent, test, unsupported-currency, or otherwise invalid payments are not commissionable. AscBuddy may withhold, reverse, adjust, or deny commissions for refunds, fraud, abuse, tracking errors, policy violations, or payment disputes.

Commissions are subject to a minimum 30-day hold before they become eligible for payout. Dashboard numbers are informational and may be reviewed or adjusted before payment.

Payouts

Payouts are manual, made through PayPal using the PayPal email provided in your affiliate account, and generally processed on the 1st of each month for eligible referrals that have been active for at least 30 days. You are responsible for keeping your payout information accurate and for any taxes, reporting, or obligations related to affiliate income. AscBuddy may require tax or identity information before issuing payouts.

Required Disclosures

You must clearly disclose your relationship with AscBuddy whenever you recommend, review, promote, or link to AscBuddy and may receive compensation. Disclosure should be easy to understand and placed where people will see it. Examples include: "Affiliate link: I may earn a commission if you sign up for AscBuddy." or "I may earn a commission from AscBuddy if you use my link."

Promotion Rules

Do not spam, mislead, impersonate AscBuddy or Apple, use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, create fake accounts or fake traffic, bid on protected AscBuddy trademarks without permission, or make false claims about AscBuddy, Apple, App Store approval, rankings, revenue, downloads, or guaranteed outcomes.

Changes

AscBuddy may change these terms, commission rates, tiers, eligibility rules, payout timing, tracking rules, or program availability at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
